Food technology is one of the blooming fields of science and technology. It aims to share and discuss on new product development, new processing and preservation techniques to maintain the quality of Diet.

The first International Conference on Food Science and Bioprocess Technology (Food Tech-2017) event was success, as the participants enjoyed, appreciated and were enriched by the presentations given by the nationally recognized speakers. They also welcomed the exposure to the new research and advancements presented during the 2 days conference. The conference has a gathering of 26 Food research experts from 12 different countries all over the world.
